Wanderlust is a group known for traveling the world, throwing ginormous celebrations of mindful living. With the best names in the games of yoga, music, organic foods, and more, there’s no question why they’re drawing in the crowds.

Lucky for us, on Saturday, April 15th, San Diego will be the destination for Wanderlust 108 – the most unique triathlon out there.

A triathlon like no other, this event at Liberty Station NTC Park will be packed with various versions of three mindful activities—running, yoga, and meditation.

“It’s a celebration of the mindful movement, a chance to ground down so you can rise to even greater heights,” explains Wanderlust’s website.

With a number of outdoor yoga experiences, guided meditations, and plenty of other activities to follow, we agree that the chances of you walking away untransformed are slim.

After an 8:45am optional warm-up, the day begins with a 5K run/walk – one that can be done your way. That means feel free to stroll, skip or sweat your heart out!

After you’ve crossed the finish line, grab your mat and get ready to partake in one of the most epic yoga sessions topped off with incredible musical vibes courtesy of the infamous MC Yogi.

Further elevate your experience in a guided meditation with Buddhist teacher Noah Levine, then head off on your own mindful adventure by choosing from the scheduled activities like hammock-style yoga, hooping, acroyoga, essential oil workshops and many more.

Or simply walk through the local and craft vendors section, grab a healthy, organic lunch, and hang out on the grass as you listen to sweet jams provided by DJ Drez and others.

Whatever you choose to create the perfect day of good vibes, hurry to Wanderlust’s website to purchase your ticket now and register for any scheduled activities – because this event is hot!

Tickets are $20+ and a portion of the proceeds goes to the No Kid Hungry organization, which helps provide healthy meals to kids in need.
