Fort Oak Announces Guest Ghefs For Fall Harvest Wine Dinners

Chef Brad Wise and his culinary team are introducing an intimate family style tasting menu with chef collaborations highlighting their culinary cultures cohesively with wine pairings to highlight the region.

Fall Harvest Wine Dinner with Drew Deckman, November 14th

Executive Chef Brad Wise and Guest Chef Drew Deckman of Deckman’s En el Mogor in Baja’s Valle de Guadalupe will host the second Fort Oak Fall Harvest Wine Dinner. The six-course dinner will be paired with Central Coast wines from Bien Nacido Vineyards selected by Master Sommelier Will Costello.

Fall Harvest Wine Dinner Series with Brian Redzikowski, December 5th

Fort Oak’s final Fall Harvest Wine Dinner is set for Thursday, Dec. 5 from 5:30-9p.m. and will feature Executive Chef Brad Wise and Guest Chef Brian Redzikowski of Kettner Exchange.

The six-course dinner will be paired with wines from Frogs Leap Winery in Napa Valley selected and presented by Kristy Byrd. John Willams, owner and wine-maker at Frog’s Leap, is one of the pioneers of organic wine-making in Napa going back to the early 80’s. Wines they produce include Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel and a Bordeaux blend.
