Good Time Design Announces Opening Of Go Go Amigo At Liberty Station

Good Time Design, the hospitality group behind some of San Diego’s most lively venues, including Moonshine Beach and The Presley, is excited to unveil their newest project, Go Go Amigo at Liberty Station.

The restaurant, which focuses on south-of-the-border cuisine with a playful twist, opens its doors March 4th, and aims to be a festive gathering place for friends, families, and celebrations, and features design elements like brightly-hued furnishings, a container bar lit by market lights, fire pits, and neon lights.

Bright, colorful, and fun menu

The menu, crafted by Good Time Design’s Executive Chef Todd Nash, reflects the vibrant ambiance of Go Go Amigo in each dish.

Featuring Mexican-inspired fare as well as more distinctive fusion items, menu highlights include Stuffed Chile Relleno, Rockfish & Pulpo Agua Chile, and the Ahogada Sandwich with Carnitas, Cabbage & Carrot Slaw, Red Onion, Avocado, Queso Fresco, and Cilantro, on a Bolillo Roll with Ahogada Dip.

The menu also includes a selection of tacos, including Al Pastor, Quesabirria, Shrimp, and Pollo Asada, classic sides and starters, soups and salads, and desserts.

Cocktails to match

Go Go Amigo boasts an expansive list of margaritas, specialty cocktails, beer, and wine.

Featured cocktails include The Killer Bee with El Silencio Mezcal, Blanco Tequila, Lemon Juice, Honey Water, and Orange Bitters, the Palomaroma made with Blanco Tequila, Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, Grapefruit Juice, Lime Juice, Pamplemousse, Ancho, and Simple Syrup and the Tamarindo Marg with Teramana Anejo Tequila, Pineapple Juice, Tamarind Syrup, and Simple Syrup.
