The eatery is famous for its proprietary recipe of the Rock Salt Creama (also known as “Salted Cheese”) that creates a lightly whipped, cheesecake-flavored milkshake topping sitting delicately on top of freshly brewed tea. Their teas include freshly squeezed lemon juice, grapefruit, strawberries, avocado, mint leaves and other natural ingredients. The brand manually brews sweeteners from cane sugar and brown sugar.

Happy Lemon spans around the world in over 1500 locations including Mainland China, Taiwan, South Korea, Vietnam, Philippines, Japan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States. It is one of the few Bubble Tea brands that is publicly traded in the world.

Del Mar Highlands is located at 12925 El Camino Real.

See you there!
