Ring In The New Year With The Herb & Sea ‘Dine & Dip’ Skinny Dip at Moonlight Beach!

Ring in the new year the Herb & Sea way by skinny dipping at Moonlight Beach. Dine & Dip starts with dinner at Herb & Sea, followed by a dip at the beach; ending at the restaurant’s Moonlight Deck to celebrate under the stars with a complimentary Herb & Sea towel and hot toddy by the fire.

The Moonlight Deck is a destination all night long, so even if you choose to forego skinny dipping, enjoy a meal and cocktails, and ring in the new year, toasting by the bonfire!

For those looking to dine, start your evening at the gem of Encinitas indulging in the Parker House Rolls, Oysters, Moroccan Coffee Rubbed Venison, Carpaccio, Herb & Sea’s staple Hamachi Crudo, and Haute Caviar Accoutrement (Upcharge $110) or hot starters like the Mussels, Grilled Quail and Pork Belly.

But don’t stop there; choose from a selection of seafood, vegetables and classic meat dishes before topping the meal off with Tiramisu and Prosecco & Strawberry Panna Cotta. Don’t forget to pair your meal with a classic selection of cocktails and bubbles to ring in the new year right.

Book your reservation for New Years Eve dinner Friday, December 31 at Herb & Sea here for 5pm ($90), 7pm ($90) or 9pm ($110), and Herb & Wood here for 5pm ($84.98), 7pm ($84.98) or 9:15pm ($129.98).

See you there, San Diego!
