Herb & Sea Launches Sunday Brunch Service

Much-loved Encinitas restaurant, Herb & Sea, is launching brunch starting Sunday, November 7th – and we can’t wait!

The menu

Blending classic East Coast culinary traditions with a modern California sensibility, it only makes sense for Herb & Sea to offer a seafood-forward brunch complete with your favorite quintessential breakfast items.

Celebrating simple, clean, and bright flavors from both coasts, Executive Chef Sara Harris’ brunch menu highlights East-Coast inspired favorites like the Lobster Hash or Lobster Roll, Shrimp Burrito with Old Bay Remoulade, and Biscuit Benedict. Lighter selections including the Tuna Nicoise Salad, Baja Shrimp Cocktail and Crab Avocado Louie Toast balance out sweet classics like the Cinnamon Rolls and Brioche French Toast.

Herb & Sea Now Serves Brunch

Cocktails, of course!

The menu will feature four exclusive brunch cocktails including a Passion, Orange Juice, Guava (POG) Mimosa, Herb & Sea Bloody Mary, Wake Up & Bourbon and Coffee Cocktail, as well as the already existing menu of fan favorites like the Fizz & Flutter and wine list of bright, playful home-grown, Californian favorites.

Stop by Sundays from 10AM to 2PM to enjoy what is sure to be Encinitas’ most sought-after brunch!

See you there, San Diego!
