Introducing One Paseo’s At Home Wellness Offerings

As the San Diego area adjusts to a new home-based lifestyle, local urban village, One Paseo, is remaining a beacon within the community by shifting its focus to virtual offerings. The center, which is home to several wellness focused retailers and fitness studios, is directing visitors who rely on One Paseo’s health and wellness offerings to online versions instead.

From online workouts led by One Paseo’s most popular instructors; to at home versions of beloved self care services; or healthy, wellness-boosting food, delivered directly to your door, One Paseo is showcasing how to take advantage of its array of wellness offerings from the comfort of your own home.

Introducing One Paseo's At Home Wellness Offerings

At Home Workouts from Vibe Flow Yoga, BodyROK and SoulCycle

Vibe Flow Yoga, BodyROK and SoulCycle, are providing online alternatives to their popular classes. Vibe Flow Yoga will be conducting live online workouts via Instagram every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00am to 10:00pm.

BodyROK Pilates will be offering free versions of their popular classes via Facebook, using the group “30 Days of Isolation Total Body Torch.” The group hosts live, full length classes, which are then available on the groups feed for those who aren’t able to tune in live. BodyROK is also offering select classes on Instagram live and Zoom, and additional details can be found on BodyROK’s instagram, @bodyroksd.

To join in, simply head to Vibe Flow’s Instagram page, @vibeflow_yoga, and view their live story, or if that time frame doesn’t work for your schedule, try one of the classes posted on their YouTube channel, VibeFlow.

In addition to Vibe Flow’s online classes, SoulCycle at One Paseo is encouraging patrons to check in with their favorite instructors via social media, as many of them are leading their own at-home workouts.

One Paseo’s SoulCycle instructors, Remi, Gunnar, Maya, McKenzie, and Janelle can be followed at @remidee, @gunnar.sexton, @mayamonza, @leaveittokenzie, and @janellebird_ respectively.  A full breakdown of what each instructor is offering (including instructors from other studios,) is available via SoulCycle’s website.

Home Self Care Services from Shop Good and Alcheme Health

While Shop Good’s physical location at One Paseo is closed to help flatten the curve, the natural beauty shop and spa is offering virtual skin consultations to help clients continue to practice self care.

The consultations, which are free, can be booked on Shop Good’s website with one of Shop Good’s holistic estheticians, who will answer your skin questions and help you with personalized recommendations to reach your skin goals. In addition to the consultation, Shop Good’s online shop offers dozens of products to do some pampering while staying home.

ALCHEME Health, one of One Paseo’s forthcoming shops, also offers a variety of beauty and wellness products on their website, including ALCHEME’s full line skincare. For a limited time, ALCHEME is also offering $100 gift cards priced at $75, so people can jump right back into their wellness routines once the social distancing guidelines are lifted.

Healthy Food for Pickup or Delivery from Parakeet Cafe

Parakeet Cafe knows that beyond fitness and self care, practicing healthy eating is an incredibly important step to stay well. That’s why Parakeet Cafe doors remain open, offering both takeout and delivery, continuing to make their local, organic, non-gmo, sustainable food widely available to guests.

Options include Elixir Lattes made with functional superfoods; Immunitea (made with turmeric, ginger, lemon, honey & hot water); the Golden Goddess salad; Roasted Greens Bowl; and more. In addition to Parakeet Cafe, many of One Paseo’s eateries remain open, offering food and grocery essentials for takeout or delivery.

Stay healthy, San Diego!
