It’s officially 2024, and San Diego Botanic Garden is the perfect spot to set intentions for the new year with its line-up of wellness events this January.

Whether you’re looking to attend one of their unique yoga classes or just walk the four-mile trails to get your steps in and enjoy nature, the garden is the perfect spot to implement healthy habits in the new year.
