Cajun Flavors and Jazzy Vibes: Sunday Brunch at The Brick Hotel

This summer, The Brick Hotel in Oceanside is offering a special Jazz Brunch every Sunday!

Come and enjoy delicious items from Q&A Oyster Co, specializing in Cajun and Creole cuisine, and drinks from Succulent Coffee, as well as a live performance from The Soto Six on the Succulent Coffee patio.

Jazz Brunch at The Brick Hotel

You can order bottomless Espresso Martinis and Mimosas as well as tasty brunch classics with a twist, including:

  • Cajun Omelette with andouille sausage, celery, onion, poblano, jack and cheddar blend, and avocado crema
  • Breakfast Sandwich with egg, black garlic, honey mayo, jerk-seasoned cherry smoked bacon, cheddar, croissant, and breakfast potatoes
  • Dirty Burger with two 4 oz smash burgers, cheddar cheese, grilled onions, secret sauce, toasted hawaiian roll, served with house potatoes

Additional brunch cocktails include Banana Pancake Old Fashioned with bourbon, banana-maple syrup, walnut bitters, and a mini pancake garnish; and Coffee and Doughnuts bourbon, Licor 43, hot coffee, fresh whipped cream, and two hot beignets.

Classic coffee and tea beverages will also be available from Succulent Coffee.
