Kimpton Solamar Hotel Partners With Fit City Adventures To Expand Rooftop Fitness Programming

Kimpton Solamar Hotel announced its partnership with Fit City Adventures to expand its fitness programming. Together they will launch Swim & Spin Saturdays, offering Mermaid Core and Spin rooftop fitness classes at Upper East Bar.

Kimpton Solamar’s new rooftop fitness programming has been custom designed by Fit City Adventures’ elite coaches to offer a perfect mix of cardio and core body strength building, with stunning views of the downtown skyline and the famed Padres stadium as a backdrop.The classes will take place on June 15, July 13 and August 10.

The 45-minute interval Spin class will take riders up and down the virtual streets of San Diego to explore the city’s unique neighborhoods while jamming out to today’s upbeat hits.

Bring out your inner mermaid with Mermaid Core classes

The Mermaid Core class will be held at the Upper East Bar rooftop pool, complete with mermaid tails that will be provided to guests for an hour-long synchronized swimming, full body and core workout.

The Swim & Spin Saturdays on June 15 will kick-off with Mermaid Core at 11:00 a.m. followed by Spin at 12:30 p.m. The Swim & Spin Saturdays on July 13 and August 10 will start Mermaid Core at 9:00 a.m. and Spin at 10:00 a.m.
