The Del Opens its Latest Culinary Concept: The Laundry Pub

The Laundry Pub has officially opened its doors as the newest neighborhood eatery at Hotel del Coronado!

The Laundry serves up classic pub fare and local craft beers alongside nostalgic games like billiards, darts, shuffleboard, foosball, pinball, and retro video games.

Set in the property’s historic Laundry Building, originally built in 1919, the pub is also home to the building’s original conveyor system tracks and signage dating back to 1925 when it was The Del’s original laundry facility.

The Laundry Pub Menu Highlights

The Laundry Pub is a great casual option in The Del for good times and great brews. The menu consists of classic pub fare—with an elevated touch—and local craft beer, such as:

  • Cluck & Waff: Crispy buttermilk fried chicken, pecan & bacon waffle, rosemary-infused agave, and sweet peach butter
  • ‘Worth the Quarters’ Pork Nuggets: Crispy pork belly, gochujang glaze, cilantro, toasted peanut, carrot daikon slaw, pickled cucumber, and crying tiger sauce
  • Nashville ‘Hot Cycle’ Bun: Crispy chicken, coleslaw, house pickles, and fermented padres hot sauce served on a brioche bun
