Liberty Call Distilling Is Set To Open Its Second Location In Barrio Logan

Liberty Call Distilling will open its second location Spring 2019, a dual-concept distillery and restaurant with fare from farm-to-table chef Miguel Valdez (formerly at The Red Door), in Barrio Logan at 1985 National Avenue.

The locally-owned brand was founded in 2013 during when San Diego County offered only a few boutique distilleries. However, it is now a growing industry primed to mirror the evolution of the craft beer industry.

The distillery specializes in small batch whiskey, bourbon, rum and gin. At the end of summer 2018, it expanded its original and highly successful Spring Valley location by 2,500 square feet.

The future Liberty Call Distilling Kitchen will encompass nearly 3,000 indoor square feet and a 400-square-foot patio designed by Hurkes Harris Design Associates, the same firm that designed The Local and OB Surf Lodge.

See you there!
