Toast the Holidays at Mariah Carey’s Holiday Bar in San Diego

Every December there is a moment when the Mariah countdown stops being a joke and turns into a real calendar event. This year it arrives with a cocktail menu. Mariah Carey’s Holiday Bar opens in San Diego, taking over the Beau Hotel for its first season in the city.

Year Three Doubles the Map to Eight Cities

The pop-up comes from Bucket Listers, Mariah Carey, and Black Irish, her Irish cream liqueur. This is their third holiday run together, and the biggest one they have put together yet.

Eight cities open the same day: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston, London, Los Angeles, New York, and San Diego. London is the first stop outside the US, and San Diego is on the list for the first time.

Make My Wish Come True, and Two More on the Menu

The drink list is built on Black Irish, which comes in Original Irish Cream, Salted Caramel Irish Cream, and White Chocolate Irish Cream. Three cocktails carry the season: Make My Wish Come True, the MC Toasted Tini, and the Imperfect Angel.

Black Irish is made in Ireland with aged Irish whiskey and fresh Irish cream, bottled at 17% ABV. Original and Salted Caramel both took Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

One note before you plan your order: cocktail selections vary by city, so the San Diego lineup may read a little differently.

Wall-to-Wall Sparkle, Floor to Ceiling

Expect Mariah-inspired decor covering every surface, interactive moments built for your camera roll, and surprises scattered through the room.

It is designed for people who take the season seriously, and for people who just want a good drink under a lot of tinsel. Both groups are welcome.

Tickets Run Through a Waitlist for Now

Tickets go exclusively through Bucket Listers, and they are not on sale yet. Join the San Diego waitlist and you will hear first when they open. We would get your name down early on this one.
