Mavericks Beach Club in Pacific Beach is Open And It’s HOT!

Mavericks Beach Club in Pacific Beach is officially open for business, and trust us, you’re going to want to spend some serious time here!

The 15,000-square-foot indoor and outdoor venue–which took over the former Pacific Beach Bar and Grill at 860 Garnet Avenue–is poised to be a top party destination for locals and visitors alike.

Equipped with coastal-California décor, round tables for community seating and cozy spots by the fireplace, Mavericks was created to capture and celebrate California’s infectious beach and surf culture.

Named after California’s largest surf break and one of the world’s top surfing destinations, this beach bar welcomes everyone from party people to sun worshippers, artists to sports enthusiasts.

In addition to five full bars and menus offering Baja-inspired food for lunch and dinner, Mavericks also has outdoor games, live music, televisions, a dance floor and even a Bike Valet! That’s right – for those arriving on their bikes, Mavericks will have a place for everyone to park who wants to come and drink, dine and play!

Each bar in Mavericks can be sectioned off for its own private event, or the entire place holds up to 777 guests, giving you a virtually unlimited number of options to create an incredible private event experience if you have a group looking for a killer spot!

We spoke with Director of Events Krista Marcheschi, and she has a packed lineup of entertainment planned for the year, including block parties and concerts featuring national touring bands.

Add to that a dance club for late nights, games, sports, drinks, and a food menu way beyond that of a typical bar, and we predict that Mavericks will earn a reputation as the ultimate beach bar.

See you there…a LOT!
