Summer’s Hottest Spot: Mister A’s Serves Up Seasonal Delights

We’ve got the inside scoop on where to spend your summer evenings, and you’re going to want to clear your schedules for this one. Mister A’s, our city’s crown jewel of dining, has just dropped their summer menu, and it’s hotter than a July afternoon in Borrego Springs.

Culinary Magic

Executive Chef Stephane Voitzwinkler is working his magic again, blending American, French, and Mediterranean flavors into an impressive menu.

We’re talking fresh seafood that tastes like it jumped straight from the ocean onto your plate and veggie dishes so good they might just convert a few carnivores.

New on the menu? A Summer Niçoise Salad that’ll transport you straight to the French Riviera (minus the jet lag). The Maryland Soft Shell Crab is a game-changer, folks—it’s like they’ve bottled up the essence of a perfect summer day and served it on a plate.

For you cheese lovers out there, the Local Corn and California Goat Cheese Risotto is basically a warm hug in a bowl.

Sip in Style

But what’s a meal without a perfectly paired cocktail? Bar Manager Alvin Pugeda has concocted some liquid masterpieces that are practically begging to be Instagrammed. The Mister A’s Martini comes with caviar on a mother-of-pearl spoon! And the Holy Spritz? It’s like summer in a glass, with a kick.

Our personal favorite? The Offshore Account. It’s got rum, cachaça, and coconut cream—basically a tropical vacation in cocktail form. Who needs a plane ticket when you’ve got one of these in your hand?

The best part? You get to enjoy all this while taking in those killer San Diego views from Mister A’s iconic rooftop. It’s like dining in the clouds, but with better food and drinks.
