Brunch selections include: avocado alla griglia, grilled shrimp, salmon bruschetta, smoked salmon with red onion, capers and herb crème fraiche; cialde con crema, Belgian waffle topped with sliced bananas, strawberries and vanilla crema, served with apple chicken sausage; limoncello mousse topped with mascarpone crème fraiche and fresh berries; and more. Additional brunch cocktails will also be available, including a pomegranate Bellini, made with prosecco, pomegranate and fresh mint; and bloody mary.
