National Roller Coaster Day | August 16

Feel the adrenaline on National Roller Coaster Day with $4 rides on the iconic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster. This historic coaster recently celebrated its 99th birthday and still thrills with ocean views from 75 feet high and speeds up to 48 mph.

Restored in the ’90s with a $2 million investment, the Giant Dipper is a beloved landmark on San Diego’s beachfront.
