Monzu Fresh Pasta’s summer menu is now available for all you pasta-lovers out there!

Carb-loving guests can enjoy Linguine Alla Puttanesca with red sauce, Italian black olives and Italian capers and 4 Formaggi Gnocchi highlighting four cheeses alongside crispy pancetta and black pepper.
While three new summery salads include Bufala Salad with mixed greens, Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, sun-dried tomatoes, Castelvetrano olives, artichokes and EVOO – plus, Burrata Salad and Truffle Burrata with balsamic glaze.
Monzu Fresh Pasta has added two vegan dishes to the mix
Vegan Bolognese Tagliatelle, which recreates the eatery’s top-selling classic Bolognese as a plant-based version using Beyond Meat, plus a vegan Linguine Alla Puttanesca in
a tomato-based red sauce with Italian olives and capers.
