Nick’s Del Mar Debuts At One Paseo

Nick’s Del Mar opens today at One Paseo, the dining and shopping destination in Del Mar.

Located inside an A-frame building at the north end of One Paseo, that was dubbed the church by the One Paseo team during construction, the large free-standing restaurant joins the diverse culinary offerings at One Paseo.

Nick's Del Mar Debuts At One Paseo

Nick’s was established in 2008 in Laguna Beach, CA with a mission of perfecting the dining experience through continuous innovation, offering the highest quality food and beverage, and executing impeccable standards of hospitality. While Nick’s Del Mar differs architecturally from its predecessors, the company’s goal is to deliver quality crave-worthy food and engaging professional service.

Nick’s features their signature island bar designed to be indoor and outdoor to enjoy warm Del Mar evenings. The patio highlights beautiful fixtures that incorporate heating and lighting for a comfortable atmosphere.

The exhibition kitchen gives guests a view of what it takes to make their favorite dishes each and every visit.

The menu features an extensive wine and cocktail selection alongside classic American favorites, during lunch and dinner daily and breakfast on weekends. A core group of sandwiches, salads, appetizers and entrées carry through the menu along with a daily-rotating soup calendar, and the often copied, signature fried asparagus spears.

This week Nick’s Del Mar will open at 4PM for dinner only. Starting Wednesday, October 7th Nick’s Del Mar will open at 11AM daily for lunch.

See you there….and stay healthy, San Diego!
