Party On at OMA’s Street Level Block Parties

Get ready for the return of Oceanside Museum of Art’s celebrated block party series, Street Level, for another vibrant summer!

Street Level Series: A Big Summer Event at OMA

Bring your family, meet new friends, or roll in with your crew to create your O’riginal experience with the artists, innovators, and entrepreneurs in your backyard at Oceanside Museum of Art’s biggest social event series of the summer.

Street Level Series

This year’s series, titled Street Level Vol. 2, draws inspiration from five of OMA’s current exhibitions, transforming the museum into a lively showcase for performers, DJs, and artists from O’side and beyond.

Kicking off this summer’s five exhibition-themed events is Street Level 2.1, celebrating Coastal Exposures: 10 Years of Osider Photography on Friday, May 17, from 6 PM to 8:30 PM.

Street Level 2.1 is a collaboration with acclaimed photographer and The Osider Magazine co-founder Zach Cordner. Experience the magazine’s most striking and unique images brought to life, highlighting the essence of the Oceanside community.

Oceanside Museum of Art

Since its inception, The Osider Magazine has served as Oceanside’s window to the world, often dubbed ‘Oceanside’s National Geographic.’ This event pays tribute to the local culture—from the lowrider community to the Pirate Pics Photography Club at Oceanside High School.

Highlights of the evening include a special lowrider showcase featuring Oceanside’s own Members Only Car Club and Por Siempre Car Club, tunes spun by DJ Chaps One, special exhibition talks by Zach Cordner and Vlad Medvinsky, and a toast to our city’s vibrant spirit.

This is an all-ages event that is FREE for OMA Members and $15 for non-members. Drink tickets are available for purchase at check-in with a valid ID.
