One Paseo Announces First Confirmed Tenants…And They Look Gooood!

Just about every resident of Carmel Valley I talk to wishes they had more options for good food and drinks and it looks like One Paseo plans to deliver!

The mixed-use development bringing shops, restaurants, apartments, offices, and public plazas to Del Mar Heights, recently announced their first four tenants, and it looks like they’ve picked some some great additions to the neighborhood!

We’ll get two great looking options for fresh, fast casual eating–poké and organic Mexican–as well as two intriguing ‘date night’ options featuring oysters, smoked meats and good cocktails.

Here’s what’s on the menu:

International Smoke

International Smoke is award-winning Michael Mina and Ayesha Curry’s (Stephen Curry is the other half of this powerhouse couple!) first venture in the San Diego culinary scene. International Smoke explores global approaches to fire, grilling, and smoke to create flavorful dishes that bring communities together all around the world. Curry and Mina have created a menu that highlights an array of quality spices, products, and cooking techniques from around the globe.

Tocaya Organica

The fresh casual restaurant, founded in Venice in 2016, serves Modern Organic Mexican cuisine with a chef-driven menu committed to sustainability and using locally-sourced organic ingredients. Tocaya Organica caters to a variety of dietary preferences including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free, and uses sustainable fish and meats that are free of hormones, steroids and antibiotics–and never frozen.

Sweetfin Poke’

Ways & Means Oyster House
