One Paseo Fully Re-Opens!

After months of shops, restaurants and personal services at One Paseo being closed or pivoting to take-out, online orders and garage pick-up only, One Paseo will be fully re-opened beginning this week. The project, which opened to the public in March of 2019 was anticipating a spring of exciting events, but had to quickly adjust to the stay-at-home order in March. One Paseo’s new center-wide hours are 11:00am-7:00pm, with certain restaurants and retailers offering extended hours.

One Paseo is home to unique retail, several must-visit restaurants, and a large number of services including fitness studios like Soul Cycle, Vibe Flow Yoga and BodyRok, along with salons and day-spa offerings from DryBar, Color Counter, CurBar and the newly opened Alcheme Health, all of which were part of the most recent phase of California’s re-opening plans.

One Paseo’s highly curated retail, includes locally owned shops like ShopGood, Van de Vort, Pigment, Marrow Fine, Urban Beach House, and Whiskey & Leather, along with national favorites like Sephora, lululemon and Faherty. Each shop is taking every step in ensure both guests and their teams are practicing proper safety protocols for in-store shopping.

Restaurants and culinary favorites including Salt & Straw, Shake Shack, Parakeet Cafe, International Smoke, Sweetfin, URBN Pizza, North Italia and more have all opened their locations with social distancing precautions.

Around the center, One Paseo has implemented the highest levels of increased sanitation and safety, including enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of high touch areas, increased security staffing to ensure visitors are following social distancing rules, along with six-feet spacing of common area seating, where guests can enjoy take out or lounge with a coffee or ice cream. A structure with art work from local artist, Andy Davis, has been constructed around the play log to keep children from climbing on the interactive art piece.

Stay healthy, San Diego!
