One Paseo Introduces One Paseo Al Fresco, Bringing Work, Dining, And Fitness Outside

As many people enter the six-month mark of spending a majority of time inside, including working from home, it’s natural to want to change up your environment. Luckily, One Paseo, Del Mar’s urban village, is transforming into the perfect place to explore and work remotely, offering a safe change of pace.

Al Fresco dining

To supplement One Paseo’s already ample outdoor seating options, the center has closed one of its interior roads (love this!), creating One Paseo Al Fresco, adding approximately 65 extra seats for people to utilize all outdoors.

Seating options include small bistro tables for one or two people, cabana seating that can accommodate up to six people, and larger family-sized tables that can seat a group up to eight people, with twinkling market lights, ample greenery and outdoor decor for added ambiance. The extra seats also accommodate One Paseo’s eateries that don’t have patio spaces of their own, ensuring they are able to offer an al fresco dining experience for their customers.

WiFi throughout!

Hankering down at your trusty coffee shop is no longer an option, and while open spaces like parks and beaches are ideal for outside time, the lack of wi-fi keeps them from being a true option for most people working remotely.

One Paseo offers free center-wide wi-fi and has implemented countless safety measures, including hand sanitizing stations and social distancing markers, making it the perfect place to set up shop for the day and welcome that WFH feeling outside.

Exercise in the sunshine and fresh air

One Paseo is also providing space for Vibe Flow Yoga and BodyROK Pilates to transition to outdoor classes. In addition to The Lawn, an expansive green space behind Harland Brewing, One Paseo Al Fresco, will feature a turf area designed for additional fitness classes outdoors.

To complement the dining, fitness, and remote working options, One Paseo’s boutiques also remain open, allowing guests to enjoy a couple of hours of work, plentiful dining options, a fitness class, and some shopping, all in one place.

Stay healthy, San Diego!
