Shop Small, Give Back, And Get Festive At One Paseo’s Holiday Kickoff

Step into holiday magic and shop local all in one day, as One Paseo kicks off the holiday season on Saturday, November 27th with Shop Small Saturday, their annual Tree Lighting and the start of their holiday toy drive.

One Paseo’s curated collection of shops including local brands like Shop Good, Pigment, Van De Vort, Whiskey x Leather, Marrow Fine, Urban Beach House, Roark and more are the best places to shop for gifts for everyone on your list, while supporting local businesses.

Shop Small Saturday

With so many shops and options for the adventurous type to the fashion maven, the beauty guru to the plant obsessed, Shop Small Saturday at One Paseo is the answer to any gift-giving dilemma. From getting into the spirit with gifts, to the magic of the holiday tree lighting, One Paseo will be aglow with firefly lights shimmering in the trees and festive decor.

Tree Lighting

The lighting of the 30-foot tall Christmas tree will feature a gospel choir performance, treats from some of One Paseo’s sweetest eateries and snow cascading from the rooftops, not to mention some special guests. The tree lighting ceremony kicks off at 5PM on Saturday, November 27th.

Toy Drive

One Paseo will be sharing in the holiday spirit again this year by partnering with Home Start for a holiday Toy Drive. The local non-profit is committed to helping the most underserved and vulnerable in our San Diego community, bringing cheer to local families in need during the holiday season. The toy drive kicks off November 27th and runs until December 13th at One Paseo. One Paseo is turning their Trolley into a gifting sleigh, decked out with festive decor and ready to be filled with gifts collected from the community. Home Start serves children of all ages, from babies to age 18, so the range of possibilities to help families is expansive and One Paseo’s goal is to provide the Home Start team with hundreds of new, unwrapped gifts to be distributed to the Home Start children and community. The One Paseo Trolley will be located in front of Parakeet Cafe.
