One Paseo Adds Four New Restaurants To Join Its Highly Anticipated Culinary Lineup

One Paseo, the hotter-than-hot development due to deliver a variety of shops, restaurants, living spaces and offices to Del Mar Heights, announced the addition of four new notable eateries to its growing selection of retail and culinary tenants.

They look great!

CAVA

Cava was born out of a desire to fuel full lives through a bold and innovative food culture, rooted in the heritage of the culinary brand’s founders Ted Xenohristos, Ike Grigoropoulos, and Executive Chef Dimitri Moshovitis.

The three first-generation Greek Americans are childhood friends who wanted to bring the authentic Mediterranean flavors and experiences of their Greek upbringing to a wider audience in a modern, accessible format.

Salt & Straw

Oh my good golly we love this place! And judging by the success of their Little Italy location, so does everyone else in San Diego!

Salt & Straw’s strong community roots and dedication to giving back drives everything they do, from collaborating with artisans and farmers, to hiring from within their community to actively supporting local schools and raising awareness for issues like childhood hunger, and equal rights.

Every ice cream flavor is handmade in small three-gallon batches in local kitchens using only all natural cream from nearby farms and the best local, organic and sustainable ingredients.

URBN Pizza

URBN Coal Fired Pizza boasts an industrial feel and authentic New Haven-style, thin-crust pies, with additional menu items and an extensive craft drink selection. URBN restaurants have won numerous awards for excellence in menu and concept – including an honor for Design Excellence by San Diego Home and Garden Magazine.

SusieCakes

Presenting a welcome alternative to the artificial flavors and preservatives found at most grocery-store bakeries, SusieCakes offers a variety of nostalgic desserts in a friendly, old-fashioned neighborhood experience. Specialties include frosted layer cakes in familiar flavors such as Southern Red Velvet, Six Layer Chocolate and Tropical Coconut.

The brand is best known for its classic Vanilla Celebration Cake, custom decorated cakes and its cupcakes.

These four tenants join a culinary lineup of much-anticipated eateries that include Joe & The Juice, The Butchery, North Italia, International Smoke, Tocaya Organica, Sweetfin Poké, Ways & Means Oyster House, Shake Shack, Parakeet Café, and Tender Greens, which were announced earlier this year.

Retail tenants coming to One Paseo include Van de Vort, West of Camden, Whiskey + Leather and SoulCycle.

See you there!
