Pendry San Diego’s 5th & Rose Serving Up Mardi Gras Menu, Cocktails and Music!

If you’re looking for a place to celebrate Mardi Gras, things are looking bright and jazzy at Pendry San Diego!

On Tuesday, March 1, the hotel’s chic cocktail bar, Fifth & Rose, will serve up an energetic menu from 3-9PM to celebrate the tradition of Mardi Gras before Lent.

Mardi Gras Menu

Menu highlights feature the following food and cocktails:

Shrimp Po’ Boy: Sliced heirloom tomato, shredded lettuce, old bay aioli, red onion + French Fries
Pimento Cheese Dip: Melted with sharp cheddar and smoked paprika, dipped with sea salt crackers
New Orleans Beignets: Coated in strawberry sauce, chocolate sauce and caramel sauce
Let the Good Times Roll Cocktail: Butterfly Pea Tea-infused Grey Goose, lime, Demerara syrup, mint
Hurricane Cocktail: Bacardi Superior Rum, Bacardi Reserva 8 Year, lime, orange, passion syrup

You’ll also be able to jazz the evening away to a live Mardi Gras trio, Pop Nouveau Jazz Group.
