New Winter Menu At Provisional Kitchen

Provisional Kitchen, Cafe & Mercantile, the stylish restaurant-marketplace hybrid featuring an open kitchen and located in the Pendry Hotel, recently announced their new winter menu.

The kitchen serves an all-day menu of seasonal fare and gourmet takeaway options featuring modern twists on California comfort food. This month, they are introducing the following new items on their winter dinner menu:

Butternut Squash Agnilotti

Pistachio Butter, Chanterelle Mushroom, Pistachio Pesto

Local Halibut

Cannellini Beans, Calabrian Chiles, Shaved Fennel Salad, Heirloom Tomato, Lemon

Redtop Farms Pork Tomahawk

Grape, Raisin, Mustard, Thyme

Seared Duck Breast

Black-Eyed Peas, Pancetta, Asparagus, Mascarpone

Apple Arancini

Apple Butter, Spiced Rice Pudding, Marcona Almond, Apple Crisp

And don’t forget to make a stop at the the Moët & Chandon Champagne vending machine!

Provisional Kitchen is now open for dinner Thursday – Sunday 5PM – 9PM.
