RakiRaki Ramen Establishes First North County Location

RakiRaki Ramen & Tsukemen, San Diego’s award-winning ramen spot, is excited to announce the opening of its new location in Rancho Penasquitos.

The doors opened to the public April 24 with a range of authentic Japanese ramen dishes, drinks, and appetizers.

Located in the bustling Plaza Rancho Penasquitos shopping plaza, the new RakiRaki Ramen restaurant is a cozy and comfortable atmosphere for customers to enjoy the delicious dishes that have made the brand so popular.

Mixed architectural details such as reclaimed wood, contemporary zinc-countertops, and oversized Japanese lanterns set the tone for a dining experience rooted in tradition, but with a modern vibe.

But, of course, the food is the star of the show.

Renowned ramen…and more!

From the Tonkotsu Ramen to the Vegan Ramen, to the mouth-watering Ramen Burgers and specialty sushi rolls, the menu is bursting with flavor and crafted with care using only the freshest ingredients.

“We are thrilled to open our newest location in Rancho Penasquitos and bring the community together through our love of ramen,” said Junya Watanabe, Owner and Executive Chef of RakiRaki Ramen. “Our mission has always been to provide an authentic and unforgettable dining experience, and we look forward to welcoming everyone to our new location.”

In addition to their renowned ramen dishes, RakiRaki Ramen also offers a variety of appetizers, including crispy Gyoza and savory Takoyaki, as well as a selection of drinks, including Japanese beers and Sake.

Guests can sip sake or a cold beer while watching all the excitement as chefs prepare each bowl of ramen “aburi” style, carefully adding fresh toppings flame-blistered to perfection.

See you there!

The new location in Rancho Penasquitos is open seven days a week, from 11AM-9:30PM. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of online ordering for pickup or delivery through the their website. Catering will also be available.

The new RakiRaki Ramen location is housed at 9995 Carmel Mountain road, Suite b6, San Diego, CA, 92129.
