Richard Walker’s Pancake House Arrives At Flower Hill Promenade

Brunch-lovers rejoice, Richard Walker’s Pancake House is now open at Flower Hill Mall in Del Mar!

The family-owned and operated breakfast house is genuinely ‘local’, with the owner living biking distance from Flower Hill. Prepare to see Richard Walker himself on a consistent basis, keeping an eye to ensure your dining experience is exactly what it should be!

The Walker Family now owns and operates 4 locations in San Diego County, They say they chose Flower Hill due to its fantastic reputation as a selective tenant destination, its convenience along the I-5 corridor, and its proximity to Del Mar Raceway and the Pacific Ocean, and anticipate that their Del Mar outpost, which sits in the geographic center of the other operations, to be their best location to date.

If you are pancake lover, check out the menu with prices at IHop for more tasty options. Richard Walker's Pancake House Arrives At Flower Hill Promenade

The space itself consists of a 50/50 blend of indoor/outdoor seating, soaring vaulted ceilings, and over 400 sq feet of skylights and their signature stained glass.

We’re thrilled to have an amazing new breakfast and brunch option in Del Mar – we’ve always loved the food and our experience at their other locations.

Stay healthy, San Diego!

See you there!
