Girl Scouts San Diego Teams Up With Local Restaurants for Cookie and Beverage Pairings

Girl Scout season collides with brilliant bar bites as San Diego‘s buzziest restaurants dream up drinkable odes to those nostalgic cookie boxes!

Iconic eateries have created beverage pairings with everyone’s favorite cookies to offer you unique, never-before-tasted flavor combos.

This Girls Scouts cookies fundraiser is taking place on Saturday, February 24th. Be sure to stop by these local spots:

The Smoking Gun

The Smoking Gun, Gaslamp’s revolutionary take on the neighborhood bar, will offer two pairings with cocktails sure to satiate your sweet tooth. Enjoy Do-Si-Dos paired with a Peanut Butter Old Fashioned, or enjoy Thin Mints alongside a Peppermint Bark Espresso Martini.

Available 5 PM to 7 PM.

Miss B’s Coconut Club

Miss B’s Coconut Club brings a year-round tropical vibe to the coast of Mission Beach!

Themed perfectly with their coconut aesthetic, guests are invited to relish in their delicious cookie cocktail creation inspired by Samoa Girl Scout Cookie, made with Coconut Infused Whiskey, Orgeat Pineapple OJ Cordial, Chocolate Bitters, and, of course, Samoas to pair.

Available 11 AM to 2 PM.

Sandbar Sports Grill

Sandbar Sports Grill is found just steps from the iconic Belmont Park in Mission Beach. Two Girl Scout pairings will be available, one with Samoas and the other with Lemon Ups.

Available 12 PM to 3 PM.

The Original 40 Brewing Company

The Original 40 Brewing Company, named after the original forty acres of North Park, is pairing three cookies with fan-favorite brews.

Samoas with Big Tings (West Coast Double IPA, 9.5% abv), Lemon Ups with the Chrispy Boi (Helles Lager, 5% abv), and Tagalongs with La Morenita (Czech Dark Lager, 5.3% abv).

Available from 2 PM to 5 PM.
