Sidecar Tours Launches San Diego’s First and Only Tandem Motorcycle Tours

Sidecar Tours, the first and only fleet of tandem sidecars used to provide immersive experiences across nearly 20 cities, announced their launch in San Diego.

What a cool way to tour San Diego’s breweries and wineries!

San Diego a perfect market for Sidecar Tours

Born out of the desire to provide locals and tourists alike with a new and unique way to experience popular wine and beer cities, Sidecar Tours transformed the standard motorcycle sidecar to accommodate two passengers and leverages its fleet to create personalized riding adventures across the country.

The latest San Diego route begins at Coronado Brewing and ventures to Stone Brewing in Liberty Station, Ballast Point in Little Italy and ends back at Coronado Brewing with a complimentary tasting.

The tour also includes driving routes through historical and recognizable areas in San Diego, including Little Italy, Liberty Station, Harbor Drive, Balboa Park and Old Town. Throughout the tour, passengers can expect to learn about the area’s rich history, as well as fun anecdotes regarding local hot spots.

“San Diego is the perfect market for Sidecar Tours, given the city’s iconic scenery and ever-expanding beer industry,” said Anthony Bennet, CEO at Sidecar Tours. “We are so honored to be partnering with some of the most well-known breweries in San Diego and are looking forward to giving the local community a new way to explore the city – and hopefully learn something new along the way.”

“In San Diego, we are known for the gorgeous weather year-round and what better way to enjoy the sunshine than in a sidecar visiting local breweries,” said Jeff Webb, General Manager at Stone Brewing.

Sidecar Tour options

Sidecar Tours pricing starts at $159/person, with the option to add a GoPro photo/video package for an additional $100. Outside of the brewery tour, Sidecar Tour also offers the below options in San Diego, varying in price and duration:
