Smokin J’s New Socially Distant Happy Hour: $1 Beers, Spacious Outdoor Seating Options, & More

Enjoy a socially distant (but emotionally present!) happy hour at Smokin J’s in Poway with $1 beers from 4:00-6:00pm, plenty of outdoor space to sit back and relax, and mouthwatering, fresh BBQ to celebrate the start of the weekend.

Happy hour is every Friday, and specialty menu items include 12-14 hour smoked brisket and pulled pork, as well as house-made potato salad, smoked chicken salad, and much more.

Not a fan of beer? Not a problem. Guests of Smokin J’s can also take their BBQ and dine just a block away at Mission Cellars, an independent urban winery who offers a wide selection of wines grown in California and Oregon, including a mean (in the best way!) sangria.

About Smokin J’s BBQ

Founded by brothers and spouse Josh, Jeremy, and Mckenzie George, Smokin J’s BBQ has grown from a one-man show bouncing around farmers markets and apartment complexes, to one of the fastest growing BBQ joints in San Diego. At Smokin J’s BBQ, everything is made from scratch, in-house, with no shortcuts taken.

Stay healthy, San Diego!
