Saved By The Bell Themed Brunch Launches At The Smoking Gun

Brunch is officially back at The Smoking Gun!

As a throwback to the popular sitcom Saved By the Bell, the Gaslamp restaurant and bar just launched their new
Bayside Brunchin’ menu, featuring some old favorite dishes and new flavors, along with their Saved by the Bubbles cocktail menu.

Bites include:

Meat & Eggs, with your choice of meat – smoked wagyu brisket, smoked pork, peppered bacon, or sausage – two eggs, potato hash, and homemade biscuit
Homemade buttermilk Bacon Pancakes, with honey-chive butter and maple syrup
Breakfast Sandwich with either sausage or peppered bacon, two fried eggs, cheddar cheese, and cayenne aioli, all on a sweet bun with a side of potato hash
Along with a la carte sides and some ‘Not So Breakfast’ items like wings,Pretzel Balls, and more!

Brunchers can still enjoy bottles of champagne, with $7 juice flights that include grapefruit + pomegranate, pineapple + peach, prickly pear + orange juice combos.

Drinks from the brand new brunch bottle cocktails list include:

Pretty in Pink, made with Corona, tequila, and watermelon
The Breakfast Club – Miller High Life and orange juice
And Beetlejuice, with Hop Refresher, Absolute Strawberry Vodka, and prickly pear
Smoking Micheladas and Skyy Bloody Mary’s also available!
