Veterans, Soapy Joe’s Wants to Wash Your Car For Free On Veterans Day

San Diego area veterans, Soapy Joe’s wants to say ‘thank you’ for all that you’ve done for us this Veterans Day the best way they know how – by making your car look on point!

The San Diego-based family-owned company is providing thousands of free car washes for veterans in all of their ten locations. There are about 240,500 veterans in San Diego, so if everyone shows up, Soapy Joe’s is making a serious commitment (up to $3 million in car washes)!

It’s Personal

Appreciation for our veterans and the freedom they provide has very personal meaning to the Soapy Joe’s team. Both Soapy Joes’ Executive Vice President and Co-founder, Brian Sheena, and its CEO and also a Cofounder, Lorens Attisha’s families fled Iraq to save themselves and their families and to find freedom.

Giving out free car washes on Veteran’s Day is just their simple yet heartfelt way of saying “Thank You” to our military as they protect the freedom they were not able to receive in Iraq.

Soapy Joe’s will also be launching a “Soapy Joe’s Salutes” series to honor local veteran heroes who have served and are making a difference in the community.

The first launch series will be showcasing Perry Yee, former Navy SEAL and founder of Active Valor, a 501(c)3 nonprofit that was created to give new purpose to the lives of those who have served our country by redirecting their passion towards making a positive change in their local communities.
