Springtime Events To Enjoy This Month At WNDR Museum

Spring has sprung at WNDR Museum, San Diego’s premier immersive museum experience. This month, the museum’s springtime events welcome the return of several fan favorites including the monthly after-hours event WNDR After Dark, along with some exciting new additions. Details on this month’s events are listed below.

Paint & Sip | May 10

WNDR Museum springtime events

Everyone is an artist here, so grab your paint brushes and wine, and join local artist Lizzy Cook for a Paint & Sip event on Wednesday, May 10 at 7PM. This hands-on creative event will be hosted in the main lounge and includes all art materials you need to create your masterpiece along with admission into all of WNDR Museum’s exhibits. Alcohol will also be available for purchase for guests 21+. Tickets can be purchased online here for $60 per person.

In-House Custom Poems | May 12-13 & May 26-27

If you ever wished someone would write a poem about you, this one’s for you! Visit WNDR Museum’s in-house poet, Nicky Schott, on Friday, May 12, Saturday, May 13, Friday, May 26 or Saturday, May 27 from 6PM-10PM. Guests can bring a prompt to Nicky and have a poem created on-the-spot for them to take with them. Poems are free with admission to the museum. To purchase your tickets, click here.

Floral Arrangement Workshop | May 16

Join WNDR Museum for a flower arrangement workshop hosted by Gaslamp Botanic, a woman-owned local business, on Tuesday, May 16 at 2PM. During this botanical afternoon class, you will create your own floral arrangement to take home plus enjoy admission to all of WNDR Museum’s exhibits.  A specialty floral cocktail will be available for purchase in the WNDR lounge for guests 21+ Tickets can be purchased online here for $90 per person.

WNDR After Dark: Flash Tattoo | May 18

The monthly after-hours event returns this month featuring everything you love about WNDR Museum and more! Attendees will enjoy a night of tats and tunes, with a tattoo flash sale by Wolf and Shadow Tattoo Collective and music from the artists of HillCrest ArtLofts as you explore the fully immersive art experiences at the museum. All ages are welcome, and alcohol will be available for purchase for guests 21+. Tickets can be purchased online with the last entry at 10:45PM.

WNDR x Connect San Diego | May 25

Connect San Diego

WNDR Museum is joining forces with Connect San Diego for an exclusive night of music, immersive art, and performance on Thursday, May 25 from 6PM-11PM. Ten DJ’s will spin records all night across two stages while you explore one-night-only exhibits and enjoy performances from Connect San Diego’s repertoire of incredible artists. Alcohol will also be available for purchase for guests 21+. Tickets can be purchased online here for $50 per person with entry times every 15 minutes and the last entry at 9:45PM.

High Tea @ WNDR | May 28

WNDR Museum springtime events

Dive into spring with a High Tea event hosted in WNDR Museum’s spring-themed immersive theater on Sunday, May 28 from 3PM-5PM! Led by WNDR Museum’s General Manager Andy Grantz, this two-hour afternoon soiree will feature finger sandwiches, tea, and dessert along with admission into all of WNDR Museum’s other exhibits. Tea-inspired cocktails will also be available for purchase for guests 21+. Tickets can be purchased online here for adults ($75) and children ages 3-12 ($50).
