As mental and physical health are essential now more than ever, Liberty Station’s fitness studios have designed virtual classes to help release endorphins and get blood pumping during this time. In the comfort of your own home, participate in one-on-one personal training, yoga, barre, dance and more.

Yoga Six Point Loma

Yoga Six offers a variety of 10 to 45-minute yoga experiences on demand. Available to members or try for free with the studio’s 30-day trial here.

The Bar Method Point Loma

The Bar Method live-streams 30-minute barre classes Monday through Friday. For those who cannot make a live class, a link to a recording will be provided. Sessions may be purchased at $15 a class or $75 for five classes here or text INTRO to 619-226-2301.

Fitness Together

Fitness Together makes virtual training easy by bringing a personal trainer to you through your phone, iPad® or computer. Now offering three sessions of live, 1:1 training for $199. Check out their Facebook @FitnessTogetherPL for additional live workouts several times a week.

San Diego School of Ballet
