You & Yours Distilling Co. Launches Brunch Service
You & Yours Distilling Co., our favorite urban distillery, launched their new brunch service this month, and we couldn’t be more excited! If you’ve ever had any of their cocktails, you know why!
This is in addition to the menu that launched this spring, and is being offered Saturdays & Sundays from 12pm – 3pm.

The brunch menu will consist of dishes, such as:
- Bloody Mary Toast, with Y&Y Vodka-cured salmon + roasted tomato cream cheese + lemon zest + cherry tomato + micro celery
- Summer Quiche, with corn + tomato + basil + pimento cheese hash brown crust
- Stuffed French Toast, with cherry jam & cream cheese filling + corn flake crust + Provisional Gin cherry sauce

Plus, several new brunch cocktails, one of them featuring cold brew from Modern Times:
- Sunday Bunny, made with Sunday Gin + carrot + ginger + turmeric + lemon + sparkling wine
- Strawberry Parfait, made with London Dry Gin + strawberry + honey + lemon + yogurt + granola
- Wake Up & Slay, made with Provisional Gin + Modern Times Bourbon Barrel Aged cold brew + orange + Topo Chico

The East Village distillery and tasting room is located at 1495 G St, San Diego and is open Wednesday & Thursday from 4pm to 10pm, Friday from 4pm to 11pm, Saturday from 12pm to 11pm, and Sunday from 12pm to 9pm.
