We’re back with an awesome local beach spot to round off the rest of summer.

Backyard Kitchen & Tap is located just a few blocks from the sand in Pacific Beach, serving up a great happy hour special throughout the week from 3 p.m.  to  6 p.m., and serving up an excellent brunch service on Saturday from 9 a.m. to  2 p.m. with $6 Mimosas and Bloody Mary specials.

Backyard Kitchen & Tap is known for being the “Best Sports Bar” in town. Having opened in 2015, it’s one of the newer bars located on the Garnet strip that hit the ground running. Usually throughout the weekend, lines begin to form around 9 p.m., so we suggest getting in early!

Backyard Kitchen & Tap is complete with cabanas, indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a pet friendly patio. The ambiance combines the vibe of a perfect beach bar, in conjunction with a chic all-American bar look. Serving up innovative coastal cuisine and craft cocktails, Backyard Kitchen & Tap will definitely cure those cocktail cravings.

The Deal:

Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m: $3 to $5 local drafts, house wines, and well drinks. Also $7 featured craft cocktails.

MUST TRY: $10 pesto chicken flatbread and $6 bacon maple glazed brussels sprouts.
