This is a test of your desire to overcome under conditions of significant physical and mental stress. There’s more weight, more miles, and no sleep which makes for a lot more time for the Cadre to push participants past their limits. Beat-downs are stupid, and GORUCK is never bootcamp. Heavy is, however, a significant undertaking and not for the faint of heart.
