Everything We Love About San Diego In One Day: Pacific Beachfest

Everything we love about San Diego is coming together in one place, in one day!

Saturday, October 7th, head to the 20th annual (and free!) Beachfest, packed with action, fun, food, drinks and more on PB’s beaches and boardwalk!

The action starts as early as 8 a.m. on Saturday with the action sports tournaments, including the 2 Man Pro-Am Volleyball Tournament, the Vavi 4Sum Social Volleyball, and the Revolt Summer Series Surf competition where surfers will surf on the south side of Crystal Pier for this one time opportunity!

Rolling into still an early 8:30 a.m., there will be a 5k early wave and a main wave run shortly thereafter!

Now, for those of you who prefer a leisurely late slide into your Saturdays, come anytime after 11 a.m., when the music begins and the festivities start flowing!

Thousands of Beachfest goers will enjoy live music on 3 stages, indulge in craft beer gardens, browse arts and crafts, fill their bellies with delicious bites from the Taste of PB Food Court, and even vote in the 10th Annual “Best at the Beach” Fish Taco Challenge!

And this party did not forget about the little ones! There will be a Kids Action Alley where the youngest dudes and dudettes will be kept busy with beachside rides as well as other free fun games and activities and free arts and crafts.
