Mille Fleurs

The iconic Rancho Santa Fe dining destination will be offering an exclusive three-course Easter prix fixe brunch menu from 11:00 a.m – 1:30 p.m. at the price of $59.50.  The a la carte dinner menu will be available starting at 4:30 p.m.  Some featured dishes include Mussel Bisque with Saffron, Turkey Breast Coconut Schnitzel, Four Mushroom Ravioli and Bacon-wrapped Norwegian Cod. Mister A’s

The timeless dining destination will be offering a special three-course Easter prix fixe brunch menu priced at $59.50 per person.  Featured dishes include Gravlax Blinis, Buttermilk Fried “Chicken and Waffle,”and Croque Madame. The full menu can be viewed here.

The fast casual, health-minded concept nestled in Del Mar’s Flower Hill Promenade will be featuring three exclusive seasonal lemonades priced at $3.50 each. Flavors include Carrot Ginger, Cucumber Mint and Rose Petal lemonade.

Hello Betty Fish House

Hello Betty Fish House in Oceanside will be offering a special a la carte Easter Brunch menu from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  The menu reflects an updated spin on classic Baja SoCal beachside brunch favorites including Betty’s Bennys (Carnitas, Smoked Fish, and Crab Cake), Baja Breakfast staples like the Chilaquiles Scramble or Surfer Burrito, and their limited time only Baily’s Beach Buns — house made over-sized cinnamon rolls frosted with Bailey’s Irish Cream cream cheese icing.

Morton’s Steakhouse

The Oceanaire

The Oceanaire’s Gaslamp location will also be offering an a la carte Easter Brunch which featuring a number of specials including Chicken Fried Lobster, Eggs Benedict Three Ways, Smoked Alaskan King Crab, and French Toast with a Grand Marnier Berry Compote, Powder Sugar, and Fresh Sage Whipped Cream.

Rabbit Hole

With more than a decade of culinary experience, Chef Botello has created a seasonal, fresh new brunch menu for guests to enjoy. The new menu includes dishes such as Ranchero Shrimp & Grits made with sautéed shrimp tossed in ranchero sauce, on a bed of cheesy grits, & topped with two sunny-side up eggs. Guests can also order new creations such as the Pulled Pork & Waffles made with house-smoked pulled pork drizzled with mustard sauce, served aside wafes topped with smoked maple syrup & powdered sugar. Plus, sip on their special Easter cocktail the Basil Bunny made with Fugu Vodka, House-Made Strawberry Cordial and basil bunny ear garnish.

JSix Restaurant

JSix recently launched a new brunch menu featuring dishes such as Brioche French Toast with apricot almond sauce, mascarpone gelato and toasted almonds. They also have favorites such as Crab & Avocado Toast made with lemon, radish, sprouts, and avocado on a rustic loaf. Another hearty brunch favorite includes the Open-Faced Breakfast Sandwich made with one egg sunny, maple-honey ham, bacon, cheddar, cholula-mayo, caramelized onion on brioche bread and served with mixed greens or fruit.
