Herb & Wood To Launch Their Highly Anticipated Brunch Service On Easter

Herb & Wood in Little Italy, one of our all-time favs, has announced that the launch of their highly anticipated brunch service will happen on Easter Sunday. We can’t wait!

Beginning Sunday, April 1st, guests can enjoy an unparalleled brunch experience featuring an elevated menu created by Brian Malarkey and co-chef and partner Shane McIntyre, plus, crafted brunch cocktails and a brunch dessert menu from executive pastry chef Adrian Mendoza.

This weekend ritual will be served at Herb & Wood’s beautiful indoor/outdoor space every Sunday from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm.

The brunch menu will showcase fun and imaginative twists on brunch classics as well as unexpected items, like the following:

Sweet Dishes:

Dutch Baby Soufflé Pancakes, huckleberries, lemon curd, vanilla Chantilly

Savory Dishes:

The Jamón Ibérico Benedict, English muffin, poached eggs, braised kale, smoked tomato hollandaise, Hamachi Croque Madam, brioche, sunny side up quail eggs, preserved lemon beurre blanc, Scallop Ceviche, carrot, habanero, avocado, cilantro and a Lobster Thermidor, sofrito, herbs, tarragon, béarnaise and bread crumbs.

Created by Herb & Wood’s new Cocktail Curator, Meghan Balser, the drink menu will include specialty and large batch cocktails, a Bloody Mary selection and mimosas with flavors including blood orange + fennel. There will also be a barista serving specialty coffee with house made syrups, for those who need a little pick me up.

We’ll drink to that!

See you there!
