“Eat. Drink. Read.” Returns To The Air & Space Museum

Foodies rejoice – and read! This year’s “Eat. Drink. Read. A Culinary Event for Literacy” will make taste buds soar at the San Diego Air & Space Museum in Balboa Park!

The San Diego Council on Literacy‘s (SDCOL) signature fundraising event continues to grow in popularity, with more than 20 of the city’s finest chefs joining the fleet to create ingenious bites inspired by their favorite literary tales – all for a good cause. This year’s participants include Civico 1845, Waypoint Public, Galaxy Taco and many more.

2018 marks the ninth year that Eat. Drink. Read. will bring together a community of literacy champions to celebrate the cause in a powerful way…through connection, consumption, and commitment.

More than 179,000 San Diego County residents of all ages receive services through the 27 affiliated programs of the San Diego Council on Literacy each year. Their goal is to raise funds to provide books, services, and resources for low-income and literacy-challenged families in San Diego County.

Join us for Eat. Drink. Read. and help make the dream of “literacy for all” a reality in San Diego County.

See you there!
