North Italia One Paseo Now Open

 

North Italia’s newest San Diego location began service at Carmel Valley’s newly opened retail village, One Paseo, this weekend. Just in time for al fresco season, the 5,110 square-foot restaurant boasts an expansive indoor-outdoor dining room and patio.

A Fox Restaurant Group concept (True Food, Flower Child, Blanco, and others!) North Italia is open for lunch, dinner, weekday happy hour and weekend brunch, North Italia showcases scratch-made
Italian fare, including a variety of fresh pastas, pizzas, salads and more in addition to a stellar line up of seasonal cocktails.

Helming the kitchen is Executive Chef Seth Vider, creating signature and seasonal dishes like the Bolognese, Tuscan Kale Salad, Bianca and Margherita Pizzas, in addition to the Spaghetti & Meatballs and Burrata Tortelloni.

Must-not-miss sips, courtesy of beverage director Mat Snap, include the Sicilian Margarita, Apricot Limonata and the classic Red Sangria. The full opening menu can be found
