Fort Oak Debuts Chef’s Counter Experience

Slide into a seat at Fort Oak’s Chef’s Counter Experience where you’ll watch Executive Chef Brad Wise and his culinary team slicing and dicing locally-grown vegetables, grilling meats and fresh caught seafood on a custom made 7,000-pound grill, composing perfect plates right in front of your eyes.

The crackling of the embers and warm glow of the wood-burning fire combined with the fast-paced kitchen action create an exciting backdrop from which to watch the show and enjoy the resulting dishes in one delicious experience for sights and senses.

Fort Oak’s Chef’s Counter Experience is only available on Wednesday and Thursday nights every other week starting July 17. To book one of the 14 available seats, visit www.fortoaksd.com.

See you there!
