Paint The Town Red At East Village’s First Friday Mural Walk

From the politically powerful depictions found in Chicano Park to the decorative walls within restaurants and dining halls, San Diego is having a mural moment. To highlight the city’s dedication to the artistic medium, October’s East Village First Friday Mural Walk will center around a Mural Walk, led by a group of international female muralists.

Join your local East Village businesses for an evening of art appreciation, live music, drinks and tacos from Lola 55, and an opportunity to “meet the muralist.” A portion of all proceeds from the event will be donated to Ladies Who Paint.

The evening starts with drinks and tacos at Lola 55 (1290 F Street San Diego, CA 92101). Mural walk tours will leave every 15 minutes.
