Jeune Et Jolie Name One Of Esquire’s Best New Restaurants In America 2019
Jeune et Jolie, Carlsbad’s new-wave French restaurant whose name translates to “young and beautiful,” has been named one of Esquire’s Best New Restaurants, class of 2019, drawing national attention to the burgeoning restaurant scene in North County San Diego.
Since opening in December 2018, Jeune et Jolie has wooed diners with its globally-inspired French menu, exploratory cocktail menu, and impeccable interiors designed by Bells and Whistles. In less than a year, Jeune et Jolie has established itself as a vital force in the re-imagining of State Street, along with its sister restaurant, Campfire, a mere two blocks south, which received Bib-Gourmand status from the California Michelin Guide earlier this year.
