Ranch 45’s Fish Taco Box Is Perfect For At-Home Taco Tuesday

For San Diegans looking to master the perfect at home taco to celebrate Taco Tuesday while quarantining, Ranch 45 is offering Fish Taco boxes, available for pickup at the Solana Beach eatery.

The boxes include everything you need to create your own taco masterpieces, including 2 pounds of cubed swordfish, 4 mahi mahi filets, 4 salmon filets (ASC certified,) 8 gluten free tortillas, healthy hot sauce, Charmoula seasoning, and taco holders. The boxes are designed to create three meals for four people, and cost $125. Boxes can be ordered online or via phone at 858.461.0092, and pick-up at the restaurant.

If you’ve been indulging in one-too-many deliveries from your favorite Mexican restaurant, and would like to try something different, Ranch 45 is also offering Bouillabaisse boxes. The boxes include 2 quarts of ready-to-heat stock with vegetables and seasonings, 1 pound each of shrimp, bay scallops, calamari rings, and swordfish cubes, as well as 4 arctic char filets and 4 petrale sole filets. The Bouillabaisse boxes cost $150, are available for pick-up, and can be pre-ordered online or over the phone.

In addition to the seafood boxes, they also have a variety of grocery essentials available, including meat, eggs, bread, and dairy, and is open for takeout, curbside pickup, and delivery.
