Mommy and Me: Intro to cooking

Mommy and me

Join Chef Isabelle this morning for hands on class with your little one. We will be working on motor skills, smells and tastes, and beginning knife skills (using child plastic knives). Work with your child on learning basics of cutting and mixing, and take home recipes you can do at home!

FAQs

What is a “Hands On” Class?
A hands on class is a full participation class where you will be dicing, chopping, sauteing, plating, etc. You will also be trying the food you create in this class and take home recipes to recreate at home. This style class requires close toed shoes and an open mind to cooking!
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
This class is for ages 2-6
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
We have a single level parking lot available for guests, we have handicap spaces as well a charging station for electric cars.
Are there gift certificates avaible for Moonlight Room classes?
No not at this time
Is there any requirements to participate in the class?
Yes, we require close-toed shoes when participating in any “hands on” style classes as well as a knife handling waiver that must be signed in order to use any equiptment while participating in a cooking class.
