Celebrate The Magic Of The Season At Carlsbad Resorts’ Holiday Nights And Gingerbread Academy
Celebrate the jolliest time of the year at The Westin Carlsbad Resort & Spa and adjacent Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa. The sister Carlsbad resorts will be hosting an annual Holiday Nights celebration and a newly unveiled Gingerbread Academy that will spread holiday cheer throughout the charming coastal town of Carlsbad.
Holiday Nights
As the resorts transform into a winter wonderland, the Holiday Nights events, which will be open to the public and held at both properties, will invite guests to enjoy trolley rides between the two resorts, adorned with holiday lights as they listen to the whimsical sounds of carolers from a local school.
Send letters to Santa and get answered
Other jolly activities will include cookie, ornament, and stocking decorating, as well as festive photo opportunities and a “Letters to Santa” station where kids can write letters and expect a letter in return. For a cozy treat, guests can grab a cup of complimentary hot cocoa, and check out the holiday snack shop for a nibble.
The event will take place on December 4 and 18 from 4PM to 7PM and is free to enter.
The Gingerbread Academy
Next door at The Sheraton Carlsbad, guests can put their design skills to the test at the Gingerbread Academy event, taking place on December 11 from 1pm to 3pm. On this merry occasion, participants can purchase a gingerbread house and decorate it with a delicious array of candy and treats.
For a jolly surprise, Santa Claus will be paying a visit complete with photo opportunities so guests can snap the happy memories. For refreshments, complimentary non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.
